How Noni Juice is Processed - Pol'Noni

Pol'Noni 100% pure Noni Juice originates in the beautiful and remote Marquesas Islands, part of French Polynesia. There, noni trees grow wild on hillsides and valleys in the best possible climatic conditions. They grow best in volcanic soil and the ideal weather conditions in the Islands greatly benefit the growth of the Noni trees. The variety of morinda citrifolia (noni) that grows in Marquesas Islands is regarded as one of the best in the world for nutrient content.

Native fruit pickers in the Islands pick the fruit at its prime and then it is transported by ship to Tahiti to the company's state-of-the-art processing plant. Polynesian Natural Health Products' (PNHP's) control over harvesting, transporting, processing, bottling, distribution and marketing of our 100% pure Noni juice assures a constant supply of product. PNHP uses only fruits and leaves from wild-harvested noni trees. No pesticides or man-made fertilizers are used. As the following stated, PNHP controls the quality of our 100% pure Noni juice scientifically and efficiently.

  • PNHP's plant in Tahiti is maintained in a "medical lab" state of cleanliness. Careful inspections of the processing and strict quality control procedures are employed at all times.
  • The noni fruit is macerated at the plant for three weeks. This allows much of the natural water in the juice to evaporate, leaving a pure, concentrated extract of 100% noni juice.
  • PNHP also removes most of the unneeded fruit pulp from the juice in the process. Noni fruit pulp is a simple fruit protein with no known nutrient value or as a useful fiber.
  • The plant in Tahiti then freezes the juice in stainless steel drums and ships it to our bottling plan in California. At the bottling facility, the juice is warmed to liquid form and injected into bottles.
  • Just before the bottling process is accomplished, PNHP carefully pasteurizes it only once, then seals and labels the bottles. It is then ready for use.

Pol'Noni noni juice is developed in company-owned facilities in Tahiti. Strict care is taken throughout the production process to assure extreme cleanliness and product purity. Exacting quality control procedures are consistently employed in these operations.
